Coed Unified Track · Conference Indiana Coed Unified Track & Field Championships


The 2021 Conference Indiana Coed Unified Track & Field Championship Meet will be held at Ralph Sieboldt Track on Saturday, May 1st at 11:00 A.M.  Participating teams include Bloomington North, Bloomington South, Columbus North, Southport, Terre Haute North and Terre Haute South.

COVID PROTOCOLS FOR SPECTATORS:
1. Evaluate pre-existing health conditions prior to arrival.
2. *Face Coverings are required at all times while on campus.*
3. Maintain Social Distancing in the stands and around the track.
4. CN and SP, please bring a lawn chair to help spread out on the visiting side hill (Visiting stands can hold 75
spots).
5. Teams will be allotted 2 tickets per participant for their family members. List at the gate. Parents must
say name of participant to purchase 2 tickets.
6. Tickets are sold at the gate ($6). Please try to have exact change amount.
7. Please arrive close to the start and leave promptly after the meet. If your athlete is finished, please exit.
8. CN and Southport should park in the upper lot and enter through the southeast gate. BN/BS/THN/THS will
park in the lower lot and enter through the southwest gate (see Map)
9. Bleacher areas are marked with yellow tape showing seats that are 6’ apart. Family units can sit together.
10. We will provide a limited concession stand with drinks and candy only.
11. Please bring personal hand sanitizer. Sanitizer will be available at the concession stand and restrooms.
12. CN and Southport fans will use the restrooms on the southeast side of the stadium, THN and THS will use the
restrooms at the North end of the home bleachers. BN and BS will use the restrooms by the concession stand.
COVID PROTOCOLS FOR COACHES:
1. Evaluate pre-existing health conditions prior to arrival.
2. Wear Face Coverings at all times.
3. Eliminate handshakes. Players and coaches can give a friendly wave after the game.
4. Maintain social distancing parameters between athletes and meet staff as much as possible.
5. NO spitting of seeds, gum, or saliva.
COVID PROTOCOLS FOR ATHLETES:
1. Evaluate pre-existing health conditions prior to arrival.
2. Wear Face Coverings unless competing.
3. NO spitting of seeds, gum, or saliva.
4. Eliminate handshakes. Players and coaches can give a friendly wave after the game.
5. Maintain social distancing on the field and in the “on deck” area.
6. No sharing of water bottles.
7. No sharing of equipment.
8. No physical contact. Refrain from celebrations with physical contact.
9. Use hand sanitizer often.
10. Clean and sanitize equipment (batons, shots, discs) after use.
11. If sharing equipment is necessary, coaches must have a consistent method of sanitizing after each use.
VISITING TEAM AREAS:
1. Visiting teams will be staged around the track as shown on the second map below.
2. Any equipment or personal belongings should be in that team area only.
*We kindly ask that all visitors respect the rules of the Monroe County School Corporation as we compete during the
pandemic. We understand that not all rules are consistent throughout the state. Kindly wear your face covering over your
mouth and nose and social distance. Any individual that cannot comply with the rules may be asked to leave the event.
